Yes, for standard fasteners, we can provide free samples if available. Please understand that we charge a fee for custom samples before making them
Q2.How do you guarantee quality?

Q3.What will you do if I have paid for the mold but receive a non-conforming sample?
For the first development of non-standard parts, if 2 times the unqualified sample is delivered, we will refund the mold fee. If you give us more opportunities to make molds, we will continue to learn until we succeed.
Q4.What is your MOQ for processing? Any mold fees? Can the mold fee be refunded?
A. MOQ of non-standard fasteners: 1-2 tons, according to different parts, a mold fee is charged when reaching one The quantity will be refunded when it is listed, which is described more fully in our quotation.
B. MOQ of stamped parts: depends on the difficulty and size of the part. We will charge a tooling fee and refund it when a certain amount is reached, which is described more fully in our quotation.
